Located in the tranquil residential neighborhood of Playa Potrero, this cozy studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, it's an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful retreat. For added convenience, we recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area with ease. Please bear in mind that the property doesn't provide a parking spot, but you can park for free in front of the building on the street.



The studio Unit D is part of a small complex of four units that share a refreshing swimming pool, a spacious terrace, a green garden, and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The outdoor space includes two sun loungers and a small table, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.



Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with essentials like a coffee machine, blender, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and a one-disc electric stove. Basic cooking items like spices, oil, plates, and utensils are provided. Enjoy your meals at the wood breakfast bar with two seats.



The living area, right at the entrance of the studio, features a smart TV, a small coffee table, and a single sofa bed. The sleeping area is cozy and comfortable, with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, and lamps for added convenience. In the sleeping area, you'll find an air conditioner to keep you cool during your stay.



A private bathroom with a shower, towels, soap, and shampoo is located next to the sleeping area for your comfort.



The studio additionally provides an iron and WiFi.



Step outside directly onto the shared terrace, where you can overlook the pool and enjoy the lush green yard behind.

The kitchen needs a toaster as well as instructions on the hot plate. I couldn't get the hotplate to work until I put a pan on the burner. It has a sensor that I wasn't aware of. The pool was never cleaned. There is lots of shrubbery, so lots of leaves and debris in the pool each day. I had to clean it everytime I wanted to use it. One of the other guests said that she had phoned to have it cleaned prior to our arrival because it was cloudy. I did really appreciate the huge beach towels provided. We used them every day. We also had howler monkeys up high in the trees just outside our units. What a geat experience to hear them chattering!
