Nature enthusiasts will delight in Prairie Park, brimming with wildlife and offering hiking and biking trails, disc golf, and fishing access. Whether your visit is for business or leisure, you'll find a vibrant local dining and shopping scene waiting to be explored.

Your Cozy Haven
Relax in the inviting living room, equipped with a 65" 4K Ultra HD TV with Roku apps. Two of the bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, one comes equipped with a 65" 4K Ultra HD TV while, the other has a 43" 4K Ultra HD TV and the third bedroom has a full-sized bed with a 43" 4K Ultra HD TV. Each room has a full-sized mirror for added convenience. Enjoy two full bathrooms and high-speed Wi-Fi with 1 gigabit download speed, perfect for remote work or streaming.

Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your preferred temperature; however, please refrain from touching the radiators when the heating system is in use. Also there is no central air conditioning but we will have fans throughout the house. For your security, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance. Additionally, a comfortable futon is available for extra sleeping arrangements, or you can utilize the pull-out couch in the living room.

Quaint & comfortable

Cute older home. New furniture and bedding. The home is older but is clean and spacious. Carpet is a little stained but there is a sign asking for no shoes on carpet so I feel like they are trying to keep it. Anything we messaged the host about they were prompt on replying. The parking is not for larger vehicles, it’s a narrow entry to the parking area. Very quiet little neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover

From the outside the home looks a bit run down, however, the inside is clean, well appointed, and updated with decor that has modern simple lines. Property manager responded quickly to questions about opening door code, and oven not working. Close to NIU campus and convenient to baseball stadium to watch games.
