Found this little secret gem last minute and it was so perfect. Everything about it was perfect. If you want a quiet peaceful place on the water or want to float the James this is your place . We live in Texas and we plan to be back . Hanna our Host goes above and beyond and is so sweet .

Absolutely beautiful property inside and out. The staff were super friendly and fast with responding. We had an amazing Labor Day weekend. Our first day we did the float, the James rafting and our second day we just hung out by the river. It was so nice to just be able to walk out our door and be right on the riverfront. The outdoor grilling area had everything you could ask for and was beautifully set up. The views are absolutely gorgeous. I loved everything about our stay here and definitely plan on coming back next year.

The accommodations in the new cabin were excellent. Building is new and well thought out. A short walk to the river and a nice view of the river.
