Downtown WellenPark is 3 miles. Restaurants and events happen here every day. Lots of walking and biking trails within the development. New Tiki Bar is open with food and drinks 25 minutes from a beach. Condo also has a one car garage and extra parking. Wifi and cable at condo. Gated entrance to Wellen Park golf and country club for privacy and security.

Why they chose this property
We chose Wellen Park Golf and Country Club because it is a brand new dynamic community. Our condo is close to Cool Today Park, and close to Downtown Wellen Park, which is one of the country's hottest new communities. The beaches are a short drive away too.
What makes this property unique
Our condo has a large dining and gathering area with the kitchen Island being a centerpiece. We have a wonderful view of the golf course and large lake right behind our condo.
