We are uniquely located on the back oceanside of the airport in close proximity to Sandals Montego Bay.
Our community is well patroled by police. It is considered to be one of the safer neighborhoods in Jamaica due to the fact that it is a one-way in and one- way out community.

We also have a private monitored security service with armed response. However, I can assure you it is not needed.

Our job is to keep you safe and make sure you have a great, memorable Jamaican vacation.

Get the top-notch feel of Villa Maria with our chef's menu option, which includes breakfast and dinner. The price range for both start at $85 per person per night. Dinner can include up to five-course. With this option, the chef will prepare meals perfect for celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, or simply a hassle-free way to enjoy your vacation. Our chef is well versed and can accommodate food allergies as well as dietary restrictions, e.g., vegan or vegetarian cuisine. Menus will be listed soon.

The community:
Villa Maria is nestled in a fishing, fairly modest community full of kind, wonderful people. When described as "authentic," it is true. Know that you WILL see evidence of this as you approach as well as the energy of the village. Please don't be taken aback. Though not surrounded by other mansions or a fancy development, it is safe, charming, and so very full of love in all details. Maria Villa is Montego Bay community tourism destination - equipped with a community soccer. For the avid fishermen, this is the perfect spot for sport fishing and other Watersport activities. Here you can chill on island time, watching the sunset and the kids play, while just feel irie!!!

Public beach and restaurants are just a pleasant walk away through a tranquil seaside village scenery.

Interior Description
"Maria Villa" is a 4 bedroom house, with spacious and bright rooms, elegant and tasteful furnishings.
On the ground floor: entrance to the elegant living room with large sofa with a huge flat screen TV, with streaming service; dining room; small service toilet; kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer.

The first floor bedroom is equipped with 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king. Bathroom with shower and rails for guests that need extra assistance and a closet.

On the second floor with access also to the roof of the building: there are 2 sprawling balconies - with one at the front, offering a splendid mountain and air port view, and the other to the rear of the property, offering great ocean views, where you will enjoy the views of arriving cruise ships. There are 3 bright, perfectly appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower / toilet and air conditioning. Both bedrooms offer serenity, peace, and tranquility, and the natural sound of sea waves is so priceless. It will always put you to sleep.
