Top floor air conditioned unit with a view of the reserve park with many walking trails and bike paths. 15 mins drive to downtown, 5 mins drive to CTrain station, 35 mins drive to Kananaskis or airport, a hour 30 mins drive to Banff. Free underground heated parking and storage unit. Secured building with fob access.
-This condo, which is located at a peaceful, safe and prestigious community, offers beautiful park view all seasons long.
- Condo building elevator and doors are only accessible through fob.
- 50'' TV available. Projector available for connecting to your phones and watching shows.
- Sushi restaurant, liquor store and clinic on main floor.
- One queen bed and one full sofa bed.
- 14.5 inch (height) pillowtop mattress with pocketed coils. - Down/feather duvets.
- Vegan and natural shampoo/conditioner/hand soap/laundry sheet.
- Complimentary tea and coffee. Keurig pod coffee maker.
- Smoke detector.
- Self check-in and self check-out. Lockbox code will be provided to guests before check-in.
- This condo has in-home security installed when there are no guests. Before guests arrive we remove security device/camera from the condo, just to comply with new regulation. Guests will notice one motion detector inside the condo. The motion detector is not functioning since no security device is in place when guests are in.
- Guests can access entire apartment, parking stall, and storage unit. If guests need to access storage unit, please inform us before arrival.
- Quiet time from 10PM to 7AM enforced by condo management. Condo is not suitable for infants and children under 12.
- Subletting is not allowed.
- Please follow condo management rules which includes separating food waste from other disposable garbage. Waste bags need to be sent to main floor garbage bin and cannot be left out in hallways.
-To minimize food smells in the condo, light cooking is preferred.
- Excluding guests staying in the condo, there can be no more than four visitors at a time in the condo. If family or friends are coming over, please ensure there are no more than four visitors at same time.
- Please take shoes off inside the apartment.
