Overall the property was very good. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was because the laundry machines did not work properly and there was not sufficient hot water on the last day. Juan Carlos was easy to communicate with, location is very good, and it was well appointed and clean.

A Beautiful comfortable apartment ,

This was a excellent apartment ,with everything in it you need ..home from home .!!. Comfortable and convenient to get to anywhere from here ....shops and Restaurants a short walk... Juan Carlos was excellent in communicating when asking for any advice.... I recommend this host and his apartment after spending 6 weeks here and I will be returning again . Many thanks Juan Carlos for making our stay so enjoyable...

Wonderful Stay!

My sister and I rented an apartment from Juan Carlos and we had a great time. I travelled from NYC and communication was perfect and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The building was very secure and the doorman was great and extremely attentive. We are in our 70’s and we felt very safe. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed and there is a beautiful park nearby. Juan Carlos was very accommodating to all our needs and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend!
