This home has larger bedrooms, a large open living, dining and kitchen area, and a large covered porch to sit and enjoy the breeze, eat lunch together or play games. Memorial Park is nearby and has a kids playground, covered picnic area, and tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. There are Tybee Island restaurants and shopping within walking or biking distance. The Tybee Island lighthouse and Fort Pulaski are points of interest. Tybee Island is located 20-30 minutes from Downtown Savannah where majestic, moss draped oak trees and cobblestone streets will guide your visit to the beautiful squares, parks and River Street shopping district.

Turn off interior and exterior ceiling fans and outdoor lights. Turn off the dvd player if it was used. Put fan remotes in their wall holsters. Put tv remotes next to the tvs.
Please tidy up the place and make us aware of anything broken or in need of repair.
