Washer and Dryer downstairs also. 1 bedroom downstairs with 1 bathroom and 1 full bath inside right by pool/porch area.

Gorgeous home w all amenities. I am local and can be reached anytime if I am needed. So much to do and great home with space but yet keeps the family all together.

Floating dock for your boat with plenty of water and easy access to the gulf. Anclote Island, Durney Key and the Sandbar all within 5 miles. Rent my pontoon boat. 12 people max and fits comfortably.
