The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please haul out all trash and check entire property for any pet waste. Close all exterior gates. Trash must be taken to the trash receptacle site off of the highway 89 near the Garkane substation.
Turn the thermostat to off in the summer and set to 50 in the winter.
Place any used sheets in the washing machine, but do not start. All towels can be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room..
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1) All trash must be hauled to nearby waste station 2) No shoes in house 3) Quiet and conscientious guests appreciated to protect the peace.
All doors and windows must be locked before checking out. Turn off all lights. Thermostats off in summer and set to 50 in winter. Thank you
Please respect this land and pick up after all pets daily. Please dispose of all bagged trash at nearby waste station. All trash must be bagged.
