Comfortably sleeping 18 (up to 20 with little ones), this 5,500 sq ft estate is designed for spring break getaways, summer reunions, wedding weekends, and intentional gatherings.

Kids enjoy the barn game hall and pool & adults walk to a nearby winery — a rare feature for large estates in Ramona.

The Ranch Estate

Red Barn Ranch includes three thoughtfully designed spaces on a gated, park-like property:

Main House – 6 Bedrooms | 4 Bathrooms

A spacious single-level home with modern rustic charm, no entry stairs, and room for everyone to gather. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, and comfortable living areas designed for connection.

Industrial Mini Mansion – Detached 7th Bedroom

Queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and 55" Smart TV lounge — ideal for couples, grandparents, or guests wanting extra privacy (stairs required).

The Red Barn Game Hall – 2,200 sq ft of Fun

The heart of spring gatherings. Seven arcade games, pool table, air hockey, shuffleboard, side-by-side basketball, giant Connect 4, popcorn machine, and full sound system. Movie night, tournament night, or event lounge — this is where memories happen.

Outdoor Ranch Life

The fenced Oasis Pool and hot tub overlook vineyards and open skies — perfect for relaxed spring afternoons and multi-family gatherings.

Dine in the Outdoor Corral, swing beneath ancient oaks, or explore:

Pool & Spa

The Oasis Pool overlooks vineyards and open ranch skies — perfect for relaxed spring afternoons and family-friendly swimming.

Spring Heated Pool (March through May)

During spring months, the pool can be heated and maintained at approximately 80–82° for comfortable swimming (weather dependent). Ideal for spring break afternoons and multi-family gatherings.

✔ Shorter stays may add seasonal pool heating for a flat fee
✔ Please confirm pool heating at least 5 days prior to arrival
✔ Pool requires approximately 24 hours to reach temperature

Due to system design, the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously. The spa can still be heated separately for evening use.

Our pool cover helps retain warmth and maximize comfort during your stay.

Hot Tub (Spa)

Two hours of heated spa time per day are included with your reservation.

Additional spa heating time may be added for $25 per hour.

Most guests enjoy warming the spa in the evenings after dinner or barn game tournaments.

Red Barn Ranch is a sought-after home base for family-friendly wedding weekends in Ramona wine country. Host your rehearsal dinner on site, enjoy slow mornings with loved ones, and keep celebrations intimate and intentional.
