Very clean and had everything you need! The kitchens were very well stocked. We actually loved the privacy of having two separate units for a trip with the grandparents! Super quick walk to the beach and the community pool was great.

Just what we needed!

Our two families (kids ages 12-16) had a great time at Sol y Mar. It felt brand new and had everything we needed for a great time at the beach. Perfectly situated in walking distance to restaurants and shopping and ice cream. Loved the pool and the outdoor shower. Beach access was also great although there was only a small part of the beach we could set up at due to the surrounding resorts, but we made it work. Beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings, white sand and clear turquoise water and there was something for everyone!

Great unit(s)

Pros: short walk to the beach. Easy in and out at the property. Private and secure. Super clean and extremely well stocked. Beautiful hot tub. Easy access to a few places to eat. Would recommend to a friend, especially if they have older kids. Cons: it wasn’t obvious that the property is two separate units. I wouldn’t have chosen this as we have three younger children. However, the kids liked it and we brought out baby monitor so the toddler went to sleep and we all hung out in the other unit. It ended up working out ok, but I can see how maybe it wouldn’t for some people looking for one bigger unit. I rechecked the description after we got there and still didn’t see it listed as two side by side units. Only in a review did it mention something about that arrangement.

Just right for a Girls Weekend!

Great Units, well equipped with everything you need for the Beach. Only complaints are that I didn't like that they are not connected on the inside, and that they would not accommodate late check out even though no one was at the Units Cleaning all day. (We stayed at the pool and it was apparent no one came to clean before we left at 2:30pm.)
