Bakers Ridge Loft is special because of its cute, high-end industrial-look charm with exposed brick. The main floor has an open concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen area and rocking/reclining loveseat to watch a 55” TV. The bathroom with a large, walk-in shower is off this room, as well as a utility room with a washer/dryer.
The loft upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with a desk. It’s two miles from area hospitals and WVU’s Evansdale campus but has a country-quiet feel with back porch and yard. 1352 and 1348 Bakers Ridge Road are two neighboring tiny houses that use the same parking area on Baker's Ridge Road near the intersection of Van Voorhis Road. These houses are within two miles of area hospitals, nursing homes, and rehab facilities.
