This was the cutest spot, chip was very helpful and recommended a few different restaurants to check out. The home was clean, comfortable furniture, and located in a great area, would stay here again.

The host Chip was excellent with making sure we were very well accommodated. The check in and check out process was very simple, and they gave great recommendations for our stay. One of the better stays I’ve had.

A group of us came through from Savannah for a whirlwind couple of days as part of a special needs advocacy group meeting with legislators at the Capitol. Shortly after I booked, a big ice storm was forecasted just a day before we were to arrive, and the number of people coming kept increasing from three to four, and eventually to 6. Chip was amazingly communicative, accommodating, and flexible, making sure we had everything we needed, and helping ease our minds about the home being prepped and ready for a growing number of people and assuring us there had been no power/heat loss. He was always quick to respond and great at ensuring our stay was extremely comfortable, My young son and I arrived on the second day and shared the king bed and it was one of the best night’s sleep either of us have had in ages. I would recommend this rental to anybody looking to stay in Atlanta for any length of time- only wish we were around long enough to enjoy that fire pit.

This apartment was the perfect place for me and my husband, 3 adult kids and a 20 month old. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. LOVED that the kitchen had a huge supply of k- cups. That sounds silly I know, however we don’t have a kuerig so it was nice to not have to buy k-cups. The location is great, we walked to the beltline and had lunch at Yeppa, which was wonderful! We walked to the Martin Luther King, Jr. birth home and to his tomb and museum which is just a couple of blocks away. The drive into downtown Atlanta to Mercedes-Benz stadium was not bad.
