Executive 4 bedroom 3,000 sq ft home, outdoor patio & gardens

Our guest house known it is a spacious 3,000 square foot 4 bedroom home thAT sleeps 8! Each bedroom has its own private 1/2 bath in addition there is a large 4 piece main bath gorgeous tub and 4 x 5 foot walk in shower, floating vanity , flush and towel storage inside the bathroom & the adjoining laundry room. Our home is warm, inviting beautifully decorated with an amazing kitchen and outdoor grounds.
The outside experience is wonderful enjoying the view of the beautiful Saint John River Valley while having a glass of wine, BBQ-ing or just enjoying the beautiful landscape and gardens. This 1,300 square foot outdoor patio is one step away from the kitchen that is wonderful for family outdoor dining with a bbq, lawn darts, croquet, gorgeous gardens overlooking the river or while enjoying our fireside tables that light a centre fire and sit 6 per table. The driveway is paved allows 4 free parking places.
The home and kitchen are fully equipped for you to prepare meals just pick up your fresh food salt, peppers, sugars etc. await you are there for you to use.
The 8' long 4' wide glass top table top can also be used for buffets it hold lots of goodies for gatherings.
We also have a separate table that can be used for card games and fun tucked away from the main area for lots of fun chats and games.
One of the main design features of the home is various sitting areas, some for TV some for reading, playing cards and games and an overall spacious feeling to sit and enjoy the gardens while reading or catching up on a great conversation is a cozy corner.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds leave them on the floor in their bedrooms. Please take all towels to the laundry room and leave the there on the floor.
Please rinse all cans and bottles before putting them in the recycle bins or they will attract flies. Please clean the kitchen and do the dishes, wipe counters before leaving.
Please put all garbage in the green bins to the side of the house and leave all recyclables in the blue bags and stow them in the woodshed next to the green garbage cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved the space for entertaining our very large group. We had travelled from Alberta & BC to attend our Mother Celebration of Life and had all siblings and their adult children at various times throughout the week. The facility was clean, spacious and ready for our crowd. My only concern was the beds were much firmer than I prefer. A foamy on top would likely cure that issue.

We had a great stay at this property. Our host was very helpful and communicative throughout the booking process and our stay as well. We were large group of 14 — nine adults and five kids — and we were accommodated with amazing hospitality. We had everything we needed. Each room has a powder room and a spacious main bathroom to share, the kitchen was large and functional, ample room to sit around the dining table. Plenty of lounging areas and a great outdoor space. The location was great, just a few minutes drive to the grocery store and a few more minutes to downtown Fredericton, lots of cafes and breweries nearby too. If you are looking for a spacious home for a family trip this fits the bill.

Super visit

Family from late teens to grandparents went to watch the world curling. Perfect location. It was great that each bedroom had an ensuite. The only difficult thing was for my dad to go for a walk. He had trouble with the steep driveway and too stubborn to use a cane.

Terrible beginings

They were still moving out as we were moving in and we arrived at proper check in time.They came the next day as we were preparing lunch outside to work on retaining wall. Noise and dust. Thermostats was locked unable to adjust air conditioner. Bedroom doors had exterior locks and accidentally locked out of one of the bedrooms called but had to wait till next day for them to unlock door . Family members had to share a room for a night.The upstairs was rented , we thought the listing stated we had use of house. We could hear the people upstairs.Feel the original listing was not what we saw.Door to children’s area was locked even though when we reserved we were bringing children and paid for that. The house was beautiful and clean, beds were comfy. Just feel for the price we did not receive what we paid for .
