Cozy Luxury Luminous Apartment in ROSALES & 2 BR +STUDIO. Feel at home in this spacious 132 m2 (1350 sqmt), cozy fully furnished classy apartment in mint condition, sunny and full of light. Nice building located in ROSALES one of the most elegant residential areas in Bogota, close to US embassy residence. Walking distance from the ZONA G dining district, CENTRO ANDINO, ZONA ROSA and the 72th st Financial District.
The apt is located in a beautiful residential area and it is only a seven minute walk to very nice cafes and restaurants. Walking the area is very safe. It is only 8 km away from the City Center and you can find good transportation via uber, taxi or bus to get there.
The apt offers very good wireless internet service and Direct TV, it also has a phone line with free local calls available.
The building has 24 hr. concierge and security. Maid service is offered once a week included in the price of the apt. If you want more days it can be arranged in advance.
The apt has two bedrooms which are newly carpeted: The main bedroom has a studio (can be third bedroom), walking closet and modern bathroom, the second bedroom has closet space and its own bathroom.

I am an architect and urban planner who loves to travel. I bought and designed this apartment for my own use. I started renting the apartment since 2009 when I traveled two or three times a year and what people enjoyed other than the location and the light was the homy and cozy feeling of the space . Now I live in the outskirts of Bogota with my daughter and grandkids , but I left the apartment fully equipped with all its antiques, books and all details for you as guests to enjoy !
In december 2020 I was given by Airbnb an Award for the property being the longest in their platform in Colombia!

I bought this property because it is located in the best area of town , close to the vibrant G -zone filled with wonderful restaurants , cafe's and small shops. It is also close to the city center and Centro andino a great shopping mall. One can safely get around and find all services at walking distance !
