Great Stay

We were in town for a college swim meet, so the location was perfect for us. The home was clean, beds comfortable. We really liked the private gated parking, since parking is real problem in LA. Jonathan was a great Host. Very quick to respond.

Great location. Very spacious. Very clean. If you want to prepare your own meals cooking pots and pans etc, are in short supply. Otherwise it is a very relaxing place to hang out after touristing. The host responded immediately when contacted. I highly recommend the place. The secure parking is priceless.

We didn’t use the parking but it looked great for 2 cars and accessible!Rooms were as described, however pull out sofa not reasonably comfortable. Great washer and dryer for those doing longer stays. Provided laundry and dish wash a bonus. Quite short on cutlery, crockery and pans etc for a family of 4 who cooks, location good as walkable to supermarket and takeout as well as the luxpress bus stop to Vegas! Host had great communication throughout the process even when we had internet issues after checking in! Neighbours were polite and friendly and the area felt safe even for young females. Short walk to the train or bus stop even closer.
