** Early check-in and late check-out are permitted as long as there are no incoming guests scheduled for the same day. Please note that there is a fee of 500 pesos for early check-in and an additional fee of 500 pesos for late check-out.

2. Noise Levels:
- In observance of Baguio City's Silent Night ordinance, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

3. Smoking Policy:
- This is a non-smoking property.

4. Pets:
- To maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests, we kindly ask that pets are not brought inside.

5. Use of Balcony: Do not hang things on the balcony, as per condo policy.
