Despite having confirmation from VRBO that I had a reservation for this past weeked when I arrived at the property, they informed me that the reservation has been made in October and that there was no room in the property for me, forcing me to lodge elsewhere. Despite your app and telephone system making it very difficult to get through to you I was able to speak to your representative later that evening and asked for a refund. Instead, he phoned the property owner and arrange for a new reservation obviously having paid no attention to what I told him about having to make other arrangements.He then had the audacity to tell me that because a new reservation has been made, it cannot be canceled and I could not get my refund. I spoke to his supervisor who assured me he would get back to me. That was Friday night. It is now Monday and I have heard nothing.
