Kimmy’s Kottage is one story but has plenty of room to spread out. The living area is a very open concept - it flows from the front door into the living room then into the kitchen and finally into the dining area without any walls or doors breaking it up; which is perfect for large groups to spread out in while keeping the conversations going.
The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom to give you peace and quiet if you need it. The sitting area next to the window is nice to relax and read a book as you look out into the yard.
The second bedroom is large enough for the kids to have a separate play area and keep the craziness out of the living area if you so choose. That extra area can serve as a great campout space for kids should the weather not cooperate. The third bedroom has two built-in desks for work or play, and is connected to the second by a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The third bathroom is easily accessible from the living area.
There are several spaces to sit and work from if you’re working remotely or if you’re on a “workcation” with your family. Many outlets are set up with USB and USB-C charging ports to accommodate all types of phones and laptops.
There’s a nice front yard if you want to play yard games in the summer or make snowmen in the winter. If you prefer more privacy, there’s a yard in the back that’s more closed off for kids and family pets. The deck is large enough for the entire entourage to hang out together.
Take advantage of the garden and its vegetables in the summer - help yourself to anything that is ripe! In the evening, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows or lean back and gaze up at the beautiful starry sky. If you like to grill, then get your grilling on!
