Main House:
At the heart of the estate is the magnificent main house, featuring six spacious bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The true centerpiece is the expansive outdoor courtyard, where you can gather around the cozy fireplace or enjoy a meal prepared in the outdoor kitchen. This courtyard is an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Hacienda del Paisano is 3 acres. Along with the main house and casitas, you can enjoy all the outdoor spaces and pool & spa.
Other things to note
You will not be able to book this property if you do not have review(s). In order to book the Hacienda you must have positive review(s).

Warning: Coyotes have been spotted on the property, normally in the evening and early morning. Please always accompany children when outdoors. There is also snake and bat season in the summer. Our property is well maintained however it is important to have common sense with coming into contact with nature. Snakes like to rest hiding from the sun and heat. Leaving doors open at night and the lights on, can attract bats inside the house. These issues do not frequently occur, but it is important to be mindful of the nature in Fallbrook.

Pool & Spa: The pool & spa are heated and controlled remotely by host. The pool (only)
is not heated in the winter/cooler months. In the spring/summer the pool heater is on and set to 80-85 degrees. The spa can also be heated per request to the host. You must give the host 6 hour advance notice to request to have spa heated. The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. They both operate on the same equipment therefore only one system can be working at a time for the pool and spa.

Fireplace: Do not use any of the fireplaces from May 1st through November 30th. Fallbrook is a high fire area during May through November. During December 1st through April 30 you may use the fireplace. Wood is located on the north east side of the property. Never transport warm coals from fireplace. Please use caution when using fireplace.

Pets: Pets are not allowed. We accept Services Animals but not Emotional Support Animals. ESA do not have the same rights as Service Animals. Service Animals legally must be under the control (on leash) of it's handler at all times. Please no pets or ESA.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras throughout the exterior ONLY of the property. Tampering with the camera(s) will result in an immediate cancellation of reservation and reported to Airbnb.

A maximum of 25 people can be on the property at any time. If this rule is violated the reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. Law enforcement will be called if necessary.

We will only allow events with prior written approval. All events on property must be approved by host. There is a separate fee/pricing for holding events on the property which can be coordinated separately. Please inquire with host.
