The apartment was well decorated, clean, well stocked, great bathroom & kitchen, with a comfy bed. The owners, Scott & Ellen, were so nice! They were quick to respond to my questions before & during my stay. I will stay here again when I come to visit my friends.

Immaculate and well planned out apartment

We had an amazing stay. Great hosts. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed and more. Hosts went above and beyond with coffee and creamer in the fridge and fresh flower bouquet greeted us.

For a rural getaway THIS is the place to stay!

Scott, Elen, Raina, and Ryan were exceptional hosts. The apartment provided all the necessities and was more spacious than the photos suggest. We had a fantastic time hiking at the Jagolinzer Preserve and enjoyed delicious food in nearby Cornish, especially at Krista's and Lindsay's—both are fantastic!

Super clean space and larger than I anticipated, it's a fully furnished apartment, with open kitchen, living and dining rooms. My visit was in March and it was snowing when I arrived. The walkways and driveway had been perfectly cleared. The radiant floor heating kept the place warm. There is an additional and easy to use cast iron heater for additional heat if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, if you'd like to cook, you'll need spices and oils.Scott and Ellen are super nice hosts, and a very interesting couple if you have the time to visit with them.I love this place and will stay again when in the area. It's a great value for such a lovely apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Ellen & Scott's place. The unit is spacious yet cozy. They provided everything needed for a stress free get away. The grounds are lovely, we especially enjoyed our time out on the private deck. Kitchen and bathroom are nicely stocked. The unit also has a washer/dryer which is a nice option. The bed was super comfy and the AC cooled down the space nicely on a hot/humid night.Scott and Ellen are wonderful hosts, we enjoyed chatting with them, their dogs are well behaved and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

It offers something to see and do all year 'round. As Hosts we get special enjoyment from sharing the place we love with visitors to our area and region. Hearing about their adventures adds excitement and pleasure to our lives.

Why they chose this property

We are located in Kezar Falls, one of Parsonsfield's 5 historic villages. The homes in our neighborhood are architecturally reminiscent of our town's history as a mill town. And the river that runs along our village's northern boundary adds a unique natural and scenic quality.

What makes this property unique

Our property's most unique feature is its 300+ feet of waterfront on the Little Ossipee River. This, plus our natural woodlands, lawns and gardens, gives our home a sense of serenity, natural beauty and seasonal interest.
