About this property

Stylish Lakefront Villa with South Facing Pool. A short drive to fine beaches.

The villa has two large reception rooms furnished in a comfortable relaxed style. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large cooker, fridge freezer with ice water feature and a dishwasher. We provide both electric and stove top kettles, coffee makers and a large toaster. You will find crock pots, a smoothie maker and a full pan set for cooking large meals amongst other kitchen accessories.
A spacious quiet dining room has a table with seating for 6. A smaller dining table in the kitchen seats four alongside a breakfast bar seating two. There is a further table on the pool deck area seating four alongside a new full size gas BBQ for guests to use at no cost.
The heated swimming pool has a child safety net under a screened cage.
A washer and dryer are in a separate room. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in second and twin beds in third bedroom all with pillow top mattresses. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and bedside radios.

We really enjoyed this home. Very roomy and the pool was nice and warm. The kitchen could have been better equipped e.i. no measuring cups, no 9 x 13 baking pan. We made due and it was fine. Pauline was very quick to reply to my messages. She was so kind about our late night check in. Enjoyed our time at this home.

The property was very comfortable, in a fGreat community. The hosts were very accommodating. They had local company come by a couple times to service the pool. We had one issue with the washing machine which quickly resolved by the local maintenence company. A wonderful experience and we would stay there again!

Sabal Harbour Stay

Sable Harbor house

The 3 bedroom house was lovely and very quick communication with owners. Pool at house was nicely heated. Community center larger pool was also fun for the kids to use.

Very nice well equipped home with perfectly heated pool, quiet neighborhood and great location. We enjoyed watching a variety of Florida birds on and around the lake from the comfort of our lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay!

This villa in a quiet, upscale neighborhood is a great home base to enjoy the Bradenton/ Sarasota area. My husband and I found the neighborhood great for walking with pretty landscaping and friendly neighbors. The sunrise views over the pool and water were a delight. The home has every amenity one would need and is only about a 30 minute drive to gulf beaches.

Perfect Vacation Home

My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay more. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation for the week. Only a short drive from several beaches and the beautiful gulf coast. My children’s favorite part of our vacation home was the pool. I recommend this home for anyone who wants a vacation home that feels like their home away from home.

Great for a small family

This was the perfect size house for our family of 4. I loved that the pool had a covered lanai and the safety fence around the pool provided extra security. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee maker, plenty of cookware). There were plenty of toys for the pool in the garage and lots of beach toys and chairs and umbrella for the days we went to the beach. The drive to Manatee Beach was very easy. We would definitely come back if were would come to this area again.

Hello.
My name is Pauline. My husband Howard and I purchased our lovely villa nearly 20 years ago. We have spent a great deal of time making it a colourful and comfortable home to try to ensure that our guests will always have an enjoyable stay in this wonderful location.
We love the home and the local area and try to visit twice year to enjoy visiting the many towns and beaches nearby such as Siesta Key and the fabulous Anna Maria Island.
We live in the UK in the north of the country in an area called the Lake District where I work for a cottage rental company and my husband renovates period properties for a living.
We have made many friends during our ownership of Little Palms Villa, and are pleased to have many repeat bookings from guests who stay there, some returning year after year.

Why they chose this property

We spent a long time choosing our Florida home and decided that the place with the greatest appeal for us was the Gulf Coast with its superb beaches and unhurried lifestyle compared to other areas we visited. The home is just a 5 minute drive from the I 75 (running north south the length of Florida) close to the west coast allowing easy travel to the many attractions of the Sarasota and Bradenton area. The main point that we loved about the villa was the south facing view over the pool to the rear over the peaceful lake.

What makes this property unique

Our villa has all of the amenities that any guest would need for a comfortable, trouble free stay on the Gulf Coast. We have a fine management company who look after the home in our absence, and guests are constantly remarking on how clean and well maintained Little Palms Villa is. We have televisions in most rooms, a Bose sound system connected to the one in the in the main living room and radios and sound systems throughout the home. Our fully equipped kitchen means that the occasional evening at home is a must, with dining areas in the kitchen, dining room and outside on the tiled patio area beside the pool. We provide a regularly replaced gas BBQ at no charge to guests (including gas). There are five sun loungers beside the heated pool which has underwater lighting to enable evening swimming and is under a lanai screen.
Fully air-conditioned, the home is a great base for families or even couples to spend time in comfort while exploring the great facilities in the locality. These include the pure quartz sandy beach and town of Siesta Key, the stylish city of Sarasota ( both reached within half an hours drive of Sabal Harbour) and the beautiful Anna Maria Island with its quaint 'Key West' feel and miles of clean beaches.
