Welcome to our Foxhill Condo located less than 5 miles from Stowe Mountain Resort. This is a prime centrally located condo to enjoy all that Stowe has to offer.
Take a moment to relax by our classic mountain architectural newly renovated middle unit any season in Vermont.
This tri-level condo is fully equipped. Main floor has a living room with Smart TV, dining room can seat 10 guests and a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom on upper level each have king beds and share one (1) full bathroom. There is a third bedroom with a queen size bed located downstairs along with another great room that is a perfect for kids or a group of friends with a queen bed and two twin beds and another smart TV. There is a full bathroom with shower only downstairs. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Note that bathrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. NOT handicap accessible.
Quiet, wooded area with a deck. Located off Mountain Road half way between the Village of Stowe and Stowe Mountain Resort (Spruce Peak and Mt Mansfield) which is only 15 minutes away. Search for 67 Fox Hill Rd, Stowe, VT using Google or Yahoo Maps for exact location.

- NO PETS ALLOWED FOR RENTERS!!! This a rule dictated by our Association bylaws and we must strictly adhere to it.
- Community pool is ONLY open during the Summer and the season depends on the condo association and is subject to change. Please reach out with questions.

This property has been a second home for our children and grandchildren to enjoy all of the seasons for over thirty years. We love to come to Stowe to enjoy the peace and quite in the Summer, the foliage in the Fall, and the best skiing in the East in the Winter.

Great place for the family to gather during the holidays and in the summer winter, and fall to enjoy everything Stowe has to offer.
What makes this property unique
We love the three levels this condo has along with the great water pressure that not all of the units experience. The spacious bedrooms and the ambiance of the wood burning stove in the winter make this a warm and cozy environment. Our unit does not have a spiral staircase which makes this a safer environment for both children as well as adults. You are within walking distance to Sunset Grill, Cactus Cafe, the Alchemist Brewery, and the bike path.
