Newly renovated, tastefully decorated, it features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a large walk-in closet and a spacious, secluded terrace. The King size bed, a folding twin size bed and a large comfortable sofa provide additional sleeping accommodation.
The unit is 730 sf and the high ceilings add space to this wonderful one bedroom unit.

Great condo

It was as advertised a beautiful condo beautiful decorated great communication with the owner. I would highly recommend renting this unit

Wonderful stay in Clearwater

Our stay at this condo was lovely, The condo was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Catinca was wonderful to deal with. The condo had everything we needed including coolers and Tommy Bahama beach chairs to take to the beach. The location was also very close to Dunedin to take in the Blue Jays spring training and also close to the Tampa Airport. The Avalon complex was also lovely, the gym had lots of equipment, was very clean and the pool was large and heated with lots of lounge chairs. Overall we had an excellent stay and plan to return in the future.
