Less than a mile to Sanford Stadium. Tesla charger available. This property boasts character & charm including a great porch, living /dining area with a 42 in. flat screen TV and a private bedroom with a queen sized bed. Parking included for up to 2 cars. Located on historic Henderson Ave., just off Milledge Ave. and Baxter St. Great for parent weekends, football games and more.

We were clean freaks about our property before being a clean freak was cool!

Minimum age requirement: 23. We live in the main house with our young son. We encourage you to have a good time and enjoy yourself. Just be courteous. No pets allowed.

We rented out the apartment for a weekend volleyball tournament at the Classic Center. It was very clean, close to everything, and Jennie and Dave were excellent hosts, even allowing us a later checkout due to the time change.

Lovely cottage in the heart of Athens

Our host was gracious and welcoming and the above garage cottage was really cute and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy with all the needed amenities for a fun weekend. Walkable to five points in Athens but fairly quiet and serene considering we were in the heart of the town. Would definitely stay here again!
