The Kansas City Mansion

Fully renovated in 2024, the KC Mansion defines timeless elegance with all of the modern comforts. Each of the five bedrooms (king beds) has its own, private full bathroom ensuite.

The third floor suit features a salon-spa with a steam shower, massage room, jacuzzi, and tanning deck. If you’re more the outdoorsy-type, you’ll enjoy our “wild game room.” There you can play shuffleboard, poker, or chess while you kick back by the bar and watch your favorite sports team on the large, flat screen television surrounded by amazing taxidermy.

This house is a veritable haven for hosting, with enough room to comfortably fit your entire family reunion, the most elegant weddings, or any other significant event you envision. We allow events with extra fees and a private contract (reach out to us directly for these.)

The chef in your family will be overjoyed with the commercial oven and range and might just whip up a feast for dozens without breaking a sweat. The luxury kitchen also has a 10 ft. antique refrigerator (for all your drinks and food) along with a full-sized freezer, stand-alone ice maker, and reverse osmosis filtered water.

Step outside, and you'll find yourself in a Victorian Garden wonderland. On one of the three terraces you can enjoy whirling in a Carousel Garden installation, sit by a roaring fire, enjoy the flow of a pondless waterfall or have a romantic dinner under an antique pergola with a feather chandelier hanging above you.

If you prefer to lounge on one of our five patios, we have a wrap-around front porch which overlooks the garden and a waterfall feature. We also have a covered garden patio and a back patio off of the kitchen. Additionally, we have two roof top decks. One larger one with a gas firepit, and the other off of the spa for tanning and relaxing.

Parking woes are a thing of the past, thanks to ample space that welcomes cars as warmly as it does guests. The generous lot size affords privacy and plenty of room for leisure and outdoor activities, all secured within a gated perimeter that promises peace of mind.
