My dad passed away in March of 2021 after a long stay in the hospital in which he accumulated many bills. This is his house and my childhood home. This old house was once filled with love, family, and laughter and is looking for someone to appreciate it again. Will you help me save Dad’s house?

Our space is located in the woods. Though we treat to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife.

House was clean and comfortably furnished. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and it was an overall good time. Only Issues were that the drive and walk ways were hidden in the snow and the house did not hold heat well

I’m sorry about the driveway but they don’t plow I less there is 3 or more inches of snow. There are three thermostats, the main one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms by the doors.

Declutter and needs love
Agree the house is vintage! The house needs a really good clean. The floor was dirty, bedding had holes in the sheets, towels looked like rags, the crockery needed to be cleaned before being used, no plug for the sink to wash dishes, washing machine did not spin.Location was great as we walked up Mount Greylock.Give the vintage house some love and decluttering and you will have a great property.
