Newly renovated with all wood floors and furniture! This condo has many personal touches and is in a private cul-de-sac with parking right outside the front door. Kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded! Living room TV is 50 inch and 42 inch in Master bedroom. Private laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Private patio overlooks the 15th tee box of the Ventana Canyon Canyon Course.
Located in the Heart of Ventana Canyon and walking distance to Shopping, many restaurants, day spa and Ventana Canyon Resort and Golf Course. Sabino Canyon and several hiking trails are minutes away!
