This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath spacious condominium is located at the northern end of Wildwood Crest, which puts you just steps to the beach and the southern end of the famous Wildwood boardwalk. There are a lot of great common area amenities here! The Monarch Condominium Association features swimming pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs and plenty of gas grills and picnic tables. The outdoor furniture is high quality and plentiful.

Take the elevator up to your door. Inside the home, you will find all the amenities that you want and expect, such as central air conditioning, a private washer and dryer in unit, and a chef's kitchen with all appliances and amenities including a dishwasher. You will find HDTVs in all bedrooms as well as a big screen HDTV in the living area with Comcast cable services and Comcast high speed wireless internet access. Enjoy your private front balcony with deck furniture and ocean views. Parking for two cars in designated parking spots marked with your condo number. Beach storage room has beach chairs and an assortment of other items for guest use. This is everything you need and more for a perfect Wildwood Crest family beach vacation. We love Wildwood Crest and come with our family every year. This was our first time staying at this condo. Unfortunately, the unit was not that clean when we arrived. There was mold in the bathrooms - in the tub and on the shower curtains. The bottom of the kitchen garbage cans were disgusting. We rented a unit with a washer / dryer so we could wash towels / clothes and unfortunately, the dryer didn't work. We reached out to the rental agency right away and the owner was unresponsive. We ended up doing a trip to the laundromat and ended up buying more towels. The hot tub was also closed when we arrived, reopened a few days later, and was quickly closed again for high bacteria levels. The condo has a great location - close to the beach and start of the boardwalk. It's a shame that the condo is not in better condition / cleaned better. We were very disappointed that we paid a lot of money for the rental and the owner was unresponsive. We wouldn't stay here again.

First, we would like to thank you for your feedback! We are sorry that your experience with this rental did not meet your expectations. Upon being notified you had some concerns, we promptly dispatched maintenance to respond to your rental to assist you with your concerns about the dryer and correct any cleaning deficiencies. We are sorry your recollection is that we were not responsive. We tried to make up for the inconvenience with a credit back to you. On a positive note, there is a brand new dryer in the unit now! We are happy that the owner was able to make sure there will no longer be an issues for any guests going forward. We strive to exceed expectations with every guest and we are sorry we did not meet that mark for you. Your feedback will be used to train employees in the future.
