Conveniently located at Yarmouth Country Cabins, 864 Route28, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Our location is 1 mile on foot/bicycle /car to the beautiful beaches of Nantucket Sound. Beach walks, fishing, shopping and tons of other recreation. Adventure golf with driving range and an arcade is only a short walk away! The waterpark is a quick one mile.
Come enjoy our outdoor heated salt water pool, play volleyball on our beach sand, sit by the bon fire, relax in the hammocks, read a book on your private screened porch, catch fireflies in the moonlight and gaze at the stars. Come enjoy Cape Cod with us in our lovely Cabin. We offer an old fashioned-wholesome vacation for the entire family. Good pets are welcome here. It will be a vacation your family will remember for years to come.

We enjoyed our short weekend stay at these charming, vintage, rustic cabins. The owners were lovely and hospitable. The cabin was close to area restaurants and attractions but also set back enough from Rte. 28 that it has a relaxing vibe of being in the woods. We had difficulty connecting to the wifi so we used our cell data. I will definitely consider returning in the future.

This place was a great stay for us. Very clean and very helpful property owners. Adorable place and our 3 year old son loved it. Only dissappointment was that the pool was not open, but it was late May when we got there.

Great getaway!

Cute, clean cabin #6 made for a comfortable stay. Campground feel with small cabins and pines. Nice pool. Friendly staff/owners. New owners are doing lots of work to the property. Cabin was mostly stocked but needed paper goods. Close to many restaurants and beaches. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

There were 9 of us! 5 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8. We had cabin 14 and 6. They were right next to the playground which was really convenient. The pool was perfect for us. Owners were very nice. Check in and out was easy

We are really happy we found this place

We didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The cabin was perfect for us. 2 adults and 2 little kids. Pool was great. Lots of space on the playground for the kids and lots of toys for them in the play room. The pull out sofa was a little on the small side and the mattress was not very comfortable on it, but the bedroom mattress was fine. We didn't know about bringing our own towels, but they were very nice and brought us several. The shower pressure was great. Hot water was super hot in the kitchen but not too hot in shower, excellent for little ones. The bikes all had flat tires but we were there before season really kicked in so they just hadn't gotten around to it yet. Did not matter. We loved it and will absolutely stay there again when we come back next year. Note, this is not a hotel room. If you are looking for that go to a hotel, but if you want the cabin experience this place is perfect.

I stayed in cabin 6. It was a simple cabin with one bedroom, couch + tv, and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with the basics - I went out and added a few things from the dollar store that I had needed. When you arrive, you just walk right in to your cabin - contactless check in. Audrey and a few very nice workers are always around in case you need them. I ran into trouble with a loose doorknob and they fixed it immediately. The cabin was very clean. The wifi does not work at all, even to scroll fb, but that isn't why you're visiting the cape anyway! The heated pool is very clean and nice. There is a great playground for kids. The cabin was cat-friendly, I was not afraid to let her roam free. There is an older dog and a cat that Audrey owns and they roam the grounds, the dog is off-leash. He won't come near you if you don't want him around, but this is not the place for you if you have a dog-reactive dog. Overall, I would come back again! Great place.

Second time - Still in love with YCC!

This is our second time staying at YCC. We stayed last year and fell in love with it so much we stayed two extra days. This year we went for a whole week. “Papa” the owner is such a great guy and very helpful. The saltwater pool is amazing! We spent hours in it. My 8 year old couldn’t get enough. I wish all pools where saltwater. YCC is a great environment for young kids and adults. Don’t hesitate, just go!!!

Run down property with spiders and no smoke alarms

Check in was 3pm we arrived around 4 to a grumpy man who said no one had told him we were coming and that our cabin wasn’t ready. (I booked the cabin 2 weeks prior). He said we could either wait a hour or take another cabin, we chose to take another one and not wait. We get in and see holes in the ceiling where smoke detectors are suppose to be but no smoke detectors anywhere. The furniture was falling apart and within the first day my husband had to kill several spiders. The outside spaces looked ruined down, the pool was dirty and the barn was filled with junk. It could be a cute area if it was taken care of. It was bad enough we left a day early and payed for a hotel.

This was our second time staying at Yarmouth Country Cabins. We absolutely love the little community here. The location on the Cape is perfect. Our cabin was so clean and perfect for the three of us. I want to buy this place!

The moment I drove into the property I wanted to own this place. It has been an absolute joy to stay here. Wonderful, relaxing, stress free vacation. We loved the place so much we extended out stay for 3 more nights. I want to live here! My daughter made a new friend with in minutes of arriving. The kids can roam around, ride bikes swim and play in the playground. The saltwater pool is truly a gem. It was my first time swimming in a saltwater pool and I never want to swim in a “regular” pool again! “Papa“ is a joy to talk to and has been very helpful. I just wish the pull out couch bed was a little more comfy. I suggest maybe bringing a foam mattes topper or air mattress etc. But I am fussy sleeper. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Relaxing hidden gem

We had a relaxing 3 nights in cabin 6. It was so charming and clean. We didn’t want to leave. It’s a quiet cabin community. We enjoyed a shared firepit one night. We met other families that had been staying here for years. There were plenty of bbq grills available. Many restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions in close driving distance. Definitely plan on visiting again.

Awesome place!

YCC was awesome. Everything was there that we needed . We used the fire pit nightly . Went swimming walked the grounds with my Chihuahua . Hung out with the turkeys lol Rich was very nice and accommodating. The cabins were adorable and very clean . There are all kinds of things there that you can do from bocce , horseshoes, basketball and ping-pong . It's a very nice quiet relaxing getaway . I rated this get away at five stars. I recommend it to everyone and we will certainly be back can't wait for next time!
