About this property
Serenity: Close to Gatlinburg - New Hot Tub - Pet Friendly
- ALL ADVERTISED "1 BEDROOM CABINS" in the Country Pines Resort features an enclosed (PRIVATE) bedroom on the main floor and an open loft (NOT PRIVATE) space upstairs, which includes a secondary queen bed, with a dresser and TV. - Not a secluded cabin. Due to being located in a resort setting, there will be neighboring cabins. - Cabins located in the Country Pines Resort, such as this one, are not advertised as cabins displaying any views; these cabins are set in a wooded area, so you will not experience a mountain or city view when reserving this rental property. - Cabins are easily accessible year-round as the roads are well maintained by the resort staff to provide stress-free travel to all guests. The resort is lower in elevation and features roads that are paved, wide, and do not require special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate, however, should a four-wheel drive vehicle be accessible to you, it would benefit our guests to drive that vehicle when visiting during the winter months in case of snowfall, to be able to access other parts of town comfortably. - Offers a natural wood burning fireplace inside of the cabin; please keep in mind, our office does not supply wood to guests during their stay. - Furnished with Aspen Log Furniture to enhance the rustic cabin experience. - Charcoal for the outdoor grill, kitchen spices/oils for preparing meals in the kitchen, coffee filters for the coffee maker, and clothes hangers for the closets are special items that we would like to point out that we do not provide to guests during their stay.

Fantastic location, amazing staff and always a pleasure to work with. We've decided to make this a Thanksgiving tradition, thanks to Outrageous Cabins and their generosity & their ability to make you feel at home in the beautiful Smokey Mountains.
We loved our cabin. FYI to make a very excellent cabin....the bathroom door needs to be shaved at the bottom as it would not open easily. More regular sppons instead of giant tablespoonsThe deck has a ton of nails that need to be hammered down. The patio door out to the deck needs adjusting as it swings closed and sticks. Some dusting around the pictures, corners and ceiling. Otherwise a great cabin and scenery.

We are so glad you enjoyed your cabin! Come back again soon! :)
We did have some issues with this cabin, but once communication was established they installed a new water heater, new tv and got our cable and hot water working promptly. We decided to extend our stay by two days but our cabin was already booked by somebody else. We were able to get another cabin in the other resort at the very top of the mountain with beautiful views. Christian in maintenance was great to deal with as was the property manager. I believe her name was Shelly but not positive. We would book with outrageous cabins again
Very stunning and clean cabin! Check-in and out was super easy and convenient. Any issues, the Outrageous Cabin staff were extremely kind and nice.

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was our pleasure; we are so glad you enjoyed your cabin as much as we enjoyed hosting you. Come back anytime!
Dishes were dirty, had to wash before we used them. Appreciate the hot tub is cleaned after every guest, but you can’t use it on your first day stay. We waited till after 11:30pm check in night and water temp was still at 98 degrees. Disappointing for the reason booking a hot tub cabin.

Thank you for the informative review. We appreciate the opportunity to address any housekeeping issues during the stay, instead of after check out. We would never allow a guest to use an unclean or unsanitary hot tub. Cleaning between each guest can cause a slight delay, especially on Valentine's weekend.
