With bed and bath (pure cotton), digital safe, lcd tv, luxury shower, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, iron, kitchen utensils, covered garage, etc. All new and clean for demanding people.
Internet service (wifi) 10 MB exclusive for the apartment and rooftop business center.
You can request the cleaning service of the apartment at the 24-hour reception at no extra charge, up to 2 per week. The establishment also features an on-site laundry, sauna and games room.
The Craft Fair is just 1 block away. Already the famous restaurant Emperor of Cameroon is on Avenida Antonio Gouvêia, opposite the property. Also very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and the famous raft ride to the natural pools.
