Horrible Mildew smell

Everything was ok except the smell we encountered when entering the property. It reeked of a damp mold/mildew smell. We all was affected in some way by it. The tv in the master bedroom had no service. We loved the pool area.

Amazing House

Highly recommended !!! This is a great place, in the best location.The host was very helpful and quick to respond to text messages. The space was clean and amazing as advertised. Everything you need for a short break is provided for you. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Steve

Disappointing

Buyer beware there is a reason why there is no picture of the front of the rental. Main issue you are not allowed to put toilet paper in toilets. All toilets not just the one with a sign on the lid. Floors are uneven and should be listed on description of property. My handicapped son tripped several times. Kitchen is significantly under equipped.Kitchen glass table is very wobbly and feared it would crash and break. Internet very slow and couldn’t do simple emails without hanging. We left a day early, I have had enough. I am an inspector on Hilton Head Island for rentals and this property would never pass. The sewer backed up and that was the end. Positive for rental close proximity to beach and stores. Pool area was nice. Very disappointed overall experience.
