3rd level offers 2 BR, 2 baths, living room, electric fireplace, full kitchen, dining room and a huge balcony with incredible views of West Bay. It offers a recliner and a very large wrap-around sofa. This floor has a washer & dryer.
2nd level offers 2 BR, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen, dining room, and another huge balcony with more breathtaking views of West Bay. It offers 2 large modular sofas that will sleep very comfortable an additional 2 people.
Ground level is even more appealing on 2-canals. Offers fishing, a swim spa, double kayak, floating dock, 2 paddle boards, fishing area, outdoor shower, 6 car driveway and 2 bicycles. Also a large entertainment area with a gas grill & cook top, refrigerator, sink, granite counter tops & bar, a picnic table and plenty of seating for your enjoyment. So peaceful watching the boats and visiting with them as they pass by.
