Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 1,407 square foot home that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably.

The house is fully designed with you in mind! Enjoy the luxurious coastal feel of each area.

BEDROOMS:

- Primary room has king-sized bed and a recliner chair.

- Second bedroom has queen bed

- Third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and a single twin XL bed.

- Each bed is topped with top of the line name brand Nectar and Casper mattresses and covered with the softest luxurious sheets.

- Each bedroom comes with its own Roku TV.


EXTRA SLEEPING AREAS:

-The sofas in the living room turn into sofa beds which can accommodate 1 adult per sofa bed or 2 small children per sofa bed.

- We also have an air mattress and extra pillows and sheets.


BATHROOMS:

- The primary bathroom has its own shower area

- The secondary bathroom has its own tub.

- There is an outdoor shower area to rinse off coming from the pool or the beach.

- We provide towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.


LIVING ROOM:

- The living room is large enough to gather your family and/or friends around to watch TV or talk.

- It is furnished with its own large Roku TV and enough sitting space to enjoy relaxing after a long day at the beach or exploring what Galveston has to offer.


DINING & KITCHEN:

- The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking essentials, including a small rice cooker.

- Coffee maker and kcups, sugar and cream are provided.


OUTDOOR:

-You will love our outdoor area which is perfect for BBQ and playing outdoors. Not to mention the newly-built oversized 4.5 ft deep POOL!

- BBQ grill and utensils are available


GAME ROOM:

- We have air hockey and basketball arcade and board games to play free.


LAUNDRY:

- Washer and dryer available in unit

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- The house sits on stilts and requires climbing up the stairs. May not be best for individuals with mobility issues. There's no elevator.

- The house is gated and backyard is fully-fenced (end portion is wire-fenced) but backyard is a work in progress. Please don't expect to see a well-manicured lawn.

- Washer and dryer in unit but we do not provide laundry detergent, softener, bleach, etc.

-BBQ grill available but we do not provide the charcoal.

- Some additional rules and pet policy in housekeeping apply.

- Rentals for beach chairs, tent, and cooler available.

- Pet-friendly! (For an additional fee: $100 for the first pet and $75 for the second pet.)

- Refundable security deposit of $200 will be collected one day before check-in.
