Ski-In-Out Family Home Main Floor Living, Steps to Trails & Shared Hot Tub

PLEASE NOTE: from early to mid-August for approximatley 6 weeks; there is a scheduled roof replacement scheduled by the HOA. While this unit is on the first floor; the roof replacement will be noisy, especially for top floor units and there will be a lot of activity on the buildings during both removal of existing roof and waterproofing & install of new roof.

THE SUMMIT VACATIONS ADVANTAGE:
All Summit Vacations Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent, guests may purchase additional products locally. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

All of our properties offer FREE Wi-Fi.

PARKING:
Parking for 2 vehicles.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Location, Location, Location! It's easy to understand why the Tyra Condominiums are in such high demand. Not only are they an actual ski-in/out, but they sit just minutes from the hype of downtown Breckenridge.

Tyra Chalet 126 is a ski-in/ski-out, three bedrooms, 2.25 bath condo located on the 1st floor of the 3-story Tyra II "Chalet" building.

Relax after a long day on the slopes with the communal indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

Are you feeling hungry? Take advantage of the communal grill and meet some new friends!

This condo is perfect for families or groups up to 10 and is equipped with Free Wi-Fi.

Get a great night sleep in the master king-size bed and unwind with the jetted jacuzzi tub!

You'll find a cozy queen size bed in the second bedroom and the third, two sets of bunk beds.

A queen size sleeper sofa sits in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

This unit has charming upscale décor and furnishings throughout the townhome.

The Tyra Chalet condominium complex is located on 4 O'clock Road, just three blocks west of downtown. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking, dining utensils, and linens.

WINTER HIGHLIGHTS:
This 1st-floor corner unit is just a few steps across the street from the Snowflake chairlift. With easy access to Peaks 8 and 9, you can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair. Ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS:
Walk across the street to two trails that go alongside Sawmill Creek. From there it is a 3/4-mile hike to 4 O'clock Reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can hike to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8 up 4 O'clock Trail, right behind the building. Mountain bike up the Four O'clock Trail in the summer or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Walk three blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
