Property Description: The 1-story, 4,000 sf- 6 bedrooms, 5 bath home

Enjoy almost an acre of lake front beautifully shaded privacy. There is plenty of room to play on almost an acre of private waterfront property. This jewel has only a neighbor on one side and looks across the Mrs. Moss land trust with 3 miles of pristine undeveloped hill country property. The house has perfect orientation with no west sun. Relax on a spacious porch and decks that catches the prevailing Summer Breezes. The house is around 4000 sq. ft. that has been recently renovated, painted and with new furniture and includes a private Pool side suite. The house will accommodate up to 24 people generously. The location is convenient to lake side living. You will be less than a mile to public boat ramp, lake side gas pumps, live bait store, HEB, and local cuisine.


Water Activites: Located on Lake LBJ which is a constant level lake. Enjoy fishing and kayaking. The open water is perfect for water skiing, tubing and other fun water activities. There is a boat ramp conveniently located a few doors down for a small fee.

This was our second time staying at this property. It's a perfect layout for our group, which consists of a mix of 16 kids and adults. A great back house for the kids, one story, great pool to kitchen access. It might sound silly, but the commercial ice machine is such a selling point and so convenient - it will spoil you! Great communication with host. Convenient location to HEB for our multiple grocery runs.

Overall a great place to have a family vacation. The game room kept the kids very happy as well as the pool. One thing to note is that the bunk room is separate from the main house. If there had not been an additional bedroom there, our young children would not have been able to use it. We very much enjoyed the view from the patio. Would consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with a view and pool/hot tub that can’t be beat. The kitchen had everything we needed. And honestly, the whole house and outdoor area had everything you could need. All of the sleeping area options were perfect for our family. The game room was so fun to hang out in. We hope to make this our annual family trip destination!

Our family of 14 had a great time at Summer Breeze! There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is very neatly organized. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was good quality from the outdoor furniture to the games in the gameroom and linens and bedding. Property managers were very responsive to texts as well as emails. We have traveled to many VRBO's and this is the only one that has surpassed every expectation that we had. Highly recommend!
