☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This quaint and comfortable home accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with a comfortable queen bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and rocking chair. In the first room off of the hallway you'll find the second bedroom with a double bed, dresser with vanity, and a ceiling fan.

☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆
The full bathroom with shower and tub in the home is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay, including a hair dryer. This room also holds the stacked washer and dryer for your private use during your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING ROOM ☆☆
We have a bright and airy kitchen with deck and courtyard views. There is a coffee bar and all of the essentials in the pantry and cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. We have a full-size dining table in the next room, so many of our guests prefer to use the kitchen table as a workspace. The dining area seats 6 guests at the large wooden table.

In the great room your eyes will instantly catch the elegant grand piano available for you to play and fill the home with music. There is a large HDTV allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. The large sectional couch can comfortably sleep two more, and a double-size air mattress is also available.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The exterior front and back areas of this home boast a calm and serene atmosphere in the highly regarded Alamo Heights suburb. The fully fenced backyard of the house has a deck leading from the kitchen, and is the only area that we share, however we give our guests their space and privacy. You may be lucky enough to see our friendly dogs though! The backyard is fully fenced for privacy and a safe space for your pet. We have a grill available on the deck along with a quaint seating area with a table and chairs. At night, light our chiminea to stay warm or relax listening to the crackle of the provided firewood. The front yard is not fenced.

Guest access
You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home! We have two kitchen cabinets and an closet that we keep locked for supplies. The only shared space where you may see us is the back yard, however we will give you complete privacy and not intrude on your stay whatsoever.
Other things to note
We will send a request for a $250 pet fee for up to 2 pets. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house for you and we do not provide space in the driveway since the owner's cars park there.
