Sun Kissed in Florida’s Panama City Beach is a summer holiday delight. The outdoor community pool and easy access to the beach is ideal for kids. There is an outdoor grilling area, as well as a host of activities like shuffle boarding. Explore a flurry of restaurants and wine fests, all nearby.

The living room has a soft, calming white-and-blue palette, offset by sudden pops of color. Large picture windows allow ample natural light, and view of the gulf. A comfy seating area around a smart TV is perfect for leisurely times indoors. The balcony is airy and spacious, with a seating arrangement for 3, the gulf can be seen from her as well.

The kitchen is fully remodeled and open-plan, kitted with glossy countertops and modern cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. Enjoy a round of casual drinks on the 3 bar stools and tuck in for intimate family meals at the 3-seater dining table.

A kid-friendly home for 6, the hallway features a bright, colorful bunk bed for the little ones. Bedroom #1 comes with a king-size bed and shared bathroom that is updated too!

Parking is available onsite for one vehicle. A second vehicle option is available at an additional $25 fee for parking pass needs.

The home is located less than a block from the beach. Enjoy coastal music concerts, beachfront restaurants, go fishing at Russell-Fields Pier and snorkel at St. Andrews State Park. Only 1 min from the home is Pier Park, a buzzing shopping, dining and entertainment complex. Hop onto SkyWheel, a mammoth 170-foot-high Ferris wheel, which affords panoramic views of the city.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
