Kapalua's history began in 1836 with Dr. Dwight Baldwin's royal land grant, evolving from an agricultural area (Honolua Ranch/Plantation) to a luxury resort, now known for its golf courses, beaches, and upscale amenities

Kapalua simply is 'A Place Of Life', perfectly situated to take in tremendous sunset, ocean, and outer island views. This villa truly is classy and comfortable. The Golf Villas are comprised of 186 villas in 16 buildings on approximately 16.5 acres adjacent to The Kapalua Bay Course.

Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views. I was just there and from my lanai, we watched whales breaching. You will love our great views of the ocean, golf course and the island of Lanai. This street level condo is on the 10th fairway and within easy walking distance to 5 beaches where you may snorkel with giant sea turtles, swim, paddle board or sun bathe. You may also enjoy great surfing nearby. The beaches are awesome! Swim in any of the 4 swimming pools in the resort. There is a pool next door to the Condo. Guests also enjoy golf and tennis discounts with no resort fee.

Kapalua Resort has door to door Shuttle to any of the local beaches, restaurants, the Ritz Hotel, golf courses , and tennis courts, Kapalua Shops and the General Store. Finishing include granite counter tops, stone flooring in baths, stainless steel appliances. There are two HD smart flat screen TV's, Stream movies and shows from Netflix and Amazon. High speed wireless internet, new appliances, including a washer and dryer.

Wonderful stay in Kapalua

The property was all we could ask for. Beautiful location with wonderful views. The location was stocked with all the essentials to cook, relax and enjoy the stay. Plenty of things to do and places to eat close by. All in all we would recommend anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay - start here. We enjoyed our time there emensly and hope to be back soon.

Delightful, quiet condo in spectacular Kapalua

Great condo overlooking golf course with ocean views!

Wonderful one-bedroom condo, nicely decorated, with great views of the ocean and overlooking the 4th hole of the Kapalua Bay golf course. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king-sized bed, and large shower and double sink in the bathroom. Also, very quiet location, and dark enough at night to see the Milky Way! Perfect place to stay in peaceful Kapalua.

Always a Delight

This was our second stay in this beautiful home and it was, if anything, more lovely and enjoyable than the last. The host owners are wonderful people and the management of the unit is responsive. All the amenities are on point, the bed is super comfy, and it's walking distance to fun stuff like Kapalua Bay beach, the Tennis Gardens and Pickleball courts, and great eateries like Merrimen's. We're so grateful to be able to enjoy beautiful Maui from the comfort of such a wonderful home base! Mahalo!

Great place for two

Very nice Condo, close to beach and other hotels. Directions on how to use television for live national channels would be helpful. I had to watch super bowl on iPad. Other than that I would stay here again when in Maui.

AWESOME!

We had a great time staying at Kapalua Golf community. There are 2 great pools near the condo along with beaches and hiking trails. The complimentary transportation van to the beach was wonderful addition. We didn’t have to carry ever. Whale watching was absolutely the best!!! Will definitely come back here again! The condo was fully equipped for cooking and had access to some beach stuff.

Feb/23 Kapalua Golf Villas

Overall this is a super nice property. Large terrace, from which you can watch Maui sunsets (subject to clouds). Everything was in order and we enjoyed staying here. Unit is just steps from a pool, which made hanging out there after our morning walks a must. The only caveat we’d mention is be aware you’re in Kapalua: just minutes from nice restaurants (Merriman’s and Sea House); but, that also means you’re 25 minutes from Lahaina and an hour to Kihei or the airport.

Excellent ...second time in this condo

Condo was great. Tastefully furnished and comfortable with extras (beach stuff, books, binocs, etc). Spacious, nice location with nice outdoor seating overlooking golf and some ocean, not other buildings. Craig was super helpful, even with helping me plan an activity.. Close nice walk to beaches and the best part of Maui! I stayed here in same unit also about 7+ years earlier and was great. Thank you for everything.

Great! Would Stay Again

I don't like leaving good reviews because it may cause this unit to not be available when I want to return LOL...But this unit is the cleanest I have been in after staying at many units at Kapalua...Extremely comfortable Bed, and nice appointments. Fully stocked kitchen (but could use a couple of steak knives for the Prime-Rib take-out days at the Honolua General Store). Will book this unit again in the future.

"Just look at the View"

The property was in a great location with a beautiful views in every direction, from the lanai. It was extremely spacious and the kitchen had all the needed utensils, spices, etc. It was extremely nice having coffee provided for our first morning, as we arrived very late in the evening. The beach towels and beach chairs were also well utilized. It was a short walk to the beach and the tennis area. We also enjoyed the beach/trail walks and made many walking trips to the local market. The owner was gracious and a great communicator.

Amazing stay

Beautiful luxurious quiet property that looks out on a golf course and is about a 10 minute walk to the world-class beaches in Kapalua. Excellent communication from the property manager/owner Craig. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend this property for family and friends. Kitchen has everything (dishes, pots/pans, good knives, blenders, Tupperware, some basic seasoning). Everything in the unit works well (A/C, fans, washer/dryer, appliances, TVs). Pools in the complex, including a small shaded pool that's 1 minute walk from the unit. Covered parking. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, other miscellaneous items). Amazing large patio.

Like coming home...

We have stayed here many times over the years, and the reason we keep returning is that not only does Craig's beautiful Kapalua condo give one the feeling of coming home, but Craig himself is a wonderful host who genuinely cares that his guests enjoy their stay. The condo itself is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the large lanai has amazing views of the golf course and down to the ocean beyond. Everything you need (and more) is available for you to just settle in without a fuss, including a great selection of beach gear. If for some reason you can't find something, or if there is ever anything you need, Craig is exactly the kind of conscientious host who will make sure that you get it, and he does an excellent job of maintaining the space as well. You won't have any of those unhappy vacation experiences where items are broken or worn out! Mahalo for sharing your special place with us!

What makes this property unique

The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed. The floors are tile with carpeting in living room and bedroom. The Villa is approximately 1338 square feet including our EXTRA LARGE private lanai. Our Villa has a LEVEL ENTRY and is on ONE LEVEL...no stairs!
