Perfect getaway for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. Easy access to the 10 fwy and 5 minutes away from Downtown Upland. Features private entrance and private covered driveway. Unit comes with an adjustable queen-size bed, hideaway twin-long Murphy bed, private patio w/bbq, walk in closet and rainfall shower. Kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator w/freezer and all the essentials. *** This is a newer guesthouse with its own, separate entrance and is very nicely laid out. It has a full size bedroom with walk-in closet, a combined kitchen/living area and extended living space on the private patio. There is a pull-out desk top below the TV that serves as a work area. Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including air fryer and crockpot. Temperature is controlled separately in each room by a ductless heating & a/c system. No smoking & no pets. It has a private covered parking that can fit 1 car.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place all towels/linens in the hamper or on the floor by the laundry. Turn off all lights and heater/AC units.

On Sunday, throw trash/recycle in the outside bins. If check-out is not on Sunday, throw all trash into patio trash can.

Leave gate opener in the tray on coffee table and lock keys in lock box.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Heating/AC: •Must be turned off when property is unoccupied. •Guest agrees to turn off when leaving property, otherwise host may remotely switch off.

There is a booklet in the island drawer which includes house inventory list, wifi info and manuals.

Attic space is not for guest use.
