It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere! Cheeseburger in Paradise! Wyndham Vacations Ownership and Jimmy Buffet teamed up to create their first luxury vacation condo resort . From the moment you get to the resort and start hearing those familiar songs, you will enter a world like no other. This beautiful resort is located on Water Bay at the eastern end of St. Thomas, a beachside location nestled on a cove, and is brand new. Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.

The Virgin Islands revenue enhancement and economic act of 2017 which is imposed by the government as of May 1 2017 charges a 30 dollar per night environmental tax fee.

Kick off those flip flops and relax in a hot tub, find a hammock, sit by the beautiful pool, enjoy the white sand beach looking at the islands in the distance, but don’t forget to get your margarita or frosty Landshark lager at the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar!

Watch for Parrotheads who are the most laid back, friendly people anywhere. Enjoy a great meal in the Margaritaville® restaurant with great island inspired food and yes—a cheeseburger in paradise. The unique resort condo has a beautiful nautical feel. The kitchenette includes a bar area complete with Frozen Concoction Maker® and this unit has a relaxing outdoor seating area. Be adventurous while in St. Thomas with snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing, sport fishing, zip lining, hiking and more and more and more. St. Thomas is famous for sight seeing, outstanding cuisine, world class shopping that is duty free, and great nightlife. This will truly be an unforgettable vacation in paradise!

Going to be a 5 star resort when they get things figured out

This a great resort in a great location. They are still figuring out staffing as they scale up the resort and the number of people staying there. Some construction but not much of an issue during our stay. Mountain side infinity pool is opening in mid-April 2017 which will be really nice.

Very Nice

Very Nice considering the place is still fairly new. Still working out a few bugs (Garbage disposal did not work, washing machine broke). The staff could use some education on where the facilities are located - no one seemed to know where the Margaritaville "market" was. I would say 40-60 on the staff, with 40% being really nice, friendly and helpful and 60% acting like they did not give a crap about the guests! I don't think I will return.

Buyer Beware!

The resort was fine for what it is, however there is a lot of deceit from the booking end, which the management then disavows and takes no responsibility for the misrepresentation. They need to be more responsible for individual owners deceiving vacationers. We paid for a 2 bedroom to sleep 5 and were given 3 separate single apts, told if we didn't take that we'd have nothing. We had already booked our air, had the vacation time planned and paid, so we we had no recourse. Management agreed that owner Sophia had screwed us, but did nothing about it.

Lovely resort with fabulous bar, pool, And staff! Very relaxing!

The suite we rented was amazing! We love the full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable accommodations. The photos suggested bedroom 2 had 2 beds, it only had one. Luckily there was a sofa sleeper that our 12 year old did not mind using. This might have been an issue for an older guest. The photos also suggested a bathtub, but the 2 luxurious showers were great. The staff at Margaritaville aimed to please and treats each guest well. The beach setting is lovely. We absolutely recommend the excursion trip to the British Virgin Islands. Plan to rent a car on your visit too to make the most out of your stay. Visiting St. John is also an absolute must, and you can take your car right on the ferry! Enjoy paradise!
