It was an amazing stay. The Marfa lights were super visible from here. Don’t bother going to the view point lol. Amazing to wake up to the sunrise hitting the mountains.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property. I wanted something away from town so I could enjoy some quiet and night skies, and it delivered for me thoroughly. The place itself is so cute, and it had everything I needed for a nice couple nights rest. It was exactly what I needed after a long week of camping in the desert.

The property was well outfitted and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the things you need to make breakfast and also has a nice sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker.
Rainbow just outside the door to the East.

Desert Sky was an amazing space for a solo retreat! Outfitted simply and stylish with all the amenities I needed. The casita and property both had a relaxed vibe that lends itself to personal insight and meditation. I definitely plan to return. Thank you for sharing your space, it was a wonderful experience.

Fabulous stay

We were thrilled with the decor, the space, the quiet, the view and all that went into creating this special “Hut”. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower and deep tub. The info packet had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a great stay in Marfa.

very cool and comfortable space. loved the view out the big door , especially at night. Sitting outside at night is quiet. we loved watching the stars , listening to coyote pups howling, and hearing the train off in the distance. place was clean. kitchen well equipped. we used the coffee machine and cooked breakfast. good shower with a deep tub for the end or start of the day

Great spot to get away from it all!

I just spent 3 nights at Desert Sky Marfa and it was nothing short of amazing. What a great little quonset hut! Big props to the owners for this place. The nice, minimalist modern touches are great, it's SUPER clean, and has everything you need - full kitchen, gas grill, gas fire pit, etc. And you can see the Marfa lights right out front! A great escape, highly recommended!

Unable to turn off the fan (not that big of a deal), both ceiling lights on right side not working. Someone came during the day and moved our table and chairs we had set up outside.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was a great spot to come back to after exploring Marfa.The sunsets were incredible, the stars were unreal, and seeing the full moon out there was something else. The peace and quiet out here is hard to beat.Check-in was easy, communication was great, and I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in Marfa.
