The house is located in the city centre of Tokyo, a newly-built three-storeyed small villa, keeps quiet in a noisy neighborhood.There are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms in the house.There are TV, pocket WiFi, fridge, pot,microwave, rice cocker and iron.Shampoo,towels are also available.
The nearest station is new Okubo, only a five-minute walk, ten-minute walk to Shinjuku in kabukicho. A two-minute walk from the house to the 1km long shopping street, there are catering, delicious food, restaurant, department stores, cosmetics & health care products stores, supermarket24-hour convenience store, etc. there.
The house can accomodate 12 persons at most. Because the house is located Tokyos most central location, traffic is very convenient. Whether you want to go shopping in Ginza, or go to Ueno to see Japanese cherry blossoms, or go to ASAKUSA temple, Fuji Mountain, Nikko and other well-known scenic spots, you can take bus or subway to reach, it is very convenient to go to all scenic spots in Tokyo.
During your stays at here, the landlord will provide free mobile Wifi for you, you can carry around and use it.

Hôte très pro dans ses indications et réponses (même si tout se fait à distance et pas rencontré).
Hôte très pro dans ses indications et réponses (même si tout se fait à distance et pas rencontré). Accès facile avec plan détaillé à 5mn d'une gare elle même à une station de Shinjuku gare majeure de Tokyo. Équipement complet et entretien parfait. Calme.
Le seul petit bémol mais le prix est compétitif est qu'une des 4 chambres est derrière un rideau dans le petit salon, que la table du salon peut accueillir 4-5 personnes maximum et qu'une des douches est dans la cuisine.
C'est plutôt un 3,5 chambres et à 6 c'est gérable mais avec un peu d'organisation et peut être un peu lourd sur la durée.
En synthèse très bonne location, compétitive soit pour une courte durée à 6-7 maximum soit pour une longue durée plutôt à 4-5.
