A very cool place in a quiet area.The owner/host was excellent and responed to questions almost instantly. We had a great time and my wife already wants to come back.

Great spot in a quiet area

Location was clean, as listed and quiet. Fireplace is not working but the owner is getting that fixed. Lots of room, great (unfenced) property, and very low traffic area. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

First look was great. Property located on a hill. Eddie was a little home from home since we were missing our 4 furbabies. We were visiting our younger children in the area. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great place to stay away!

The home was very nice. As described in the listing. The driveway is quite rough but not a deterrent. The yard is well kept. The home is very spacious. At night it is very dark (my 5 year old is afraid of the dark but she did fine). The only problem I had was the beds are very firm. The home owner does have squishy mattress covers that were helpful! Communication was great everything labeled and notes posted to help with any questions!

Our hometown is West Monroe, LA. We moved here almost 4 years ago and we just love Hot Springs!

Why they chose this property

I wanted to find vacation rentals that were close to everything. The previous owner passed away and he was the one to build this house. Eddie, his dog, never lived anywhere but here so I asked if Eddie could stay. He sleeps in the attached garage, he knows not to come inside (we want to keep it that way), and he walks around a lot to keep a good watch on the place. When I clean, I bring my dog and they play together well. The neighbors are mostly relatives and it has been a very positive experience!

What makes this property unique

I think our location is great for visiting downtown, Magic Springs, or the Hot Springs Off-Road Park.
