Introducing Lowe Tide Condo at Grand Caribbean East. Both East and West Buildings in Grand Caribbean are gated communities. They offer a great family friendly vacation destination with affordable rates and a terrific location. This attractive 1 bedroom/1 bath unit is in the East building and has a great floorplan that walks directly out to the pool. The bedroom offers a plush King sized bed for a great night's sleep and has an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. There is a smart TV in the bedroom for guest enjoyment. There are fun bunk beds in the hallway for an extra sleeping nook as well as a sleeper sofa, to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Please note the maximum occupancy for this condo is 6, including each adult and child.

Grand Caribbean has a great private balcony for relaxing and taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. You might catch a thrilling glimpse of the Blue Angels practicing up and down the beach. You might hear the soothing white noise of the waves. You will definitely enjoy the modern kitchen which is fully equipped to prepare meals and snacks and there are outdoor grills available for guest use as well. If you don't want to cook on your vacation, be sure to try one of the many popular local restaurants in Perdido Key. Steamed shrimp is available at the local Perdido seafood market and they will conveniently pack gulf seafood to travel back home with you. This vacation home has an updated interior that guests will appreciate. The living area has a large screen Smart TV for streaming movies and shows or playing games. Furnishings are fresh and inviting and offer casual comfort, perfect for a getaway vacay.

Lowe Tide offers a close proximity to Perdido Key's famous white sand beaches and the gemstone colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a private boardwalk for Grand Caribbean guests to access the beach just past the pool. Walk down the beach to the east to discover the undeniable raw beauty of 8 miles of pristine beach at Gulf Islands National Seashore. Only a hop, skip and jump away from Grand Caribbean, Johnson Beach offers seasonal lifeguards, facilities, park rangers and covered pavilions for picnics or gatherings. Public Beach Access 1 is nearby and home to one of Escambia County's beautiful manmade reefs. These reefs are available for scuba diving if you wish to bring your dive equipment. Bring your kayak or paddleboard to launch at the public beach access or at Johnson Beach on the intracoastal side. There is also jet ski rental nearby. Perdido Key is a great spot for water sports and it is known as a boaters paradise. PKRM offers an invitation for guests to enjoy our local waterways via a complimentary dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise, or a deep sea fishing trip. We also offer complimentary golf at Lost Key Golf Course and free admission to OWA Amusement Park. These adventures are very fun and also add real value to your vacation. Everything was great! The pool is just a few steps away. The beach was just a short walk. Everything was quiet. Loved that the area was just a short drive to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and many other local attractions. We definitely want to come back soon.

Great Spot!

This is now one of our favorite places we have been in all of the Florida panhandle. It is a perfect family friendly location with amazing beach access and many things to do in the area. Our family loved that the beach was not crowded at all and the food at the local restaurants was amazing. The room itself is exactly as advertised, very clean, opens to pool, incredibly easy beach access. If you’re looking to save some money by not being directly on the beach but within very short walking distance look no further. We will definitely book here again.

Great place for family vacation

Convenience is key and this place had it all. Loved that our place had a private entrance to the pool. Beach access was so easy. Only recommendation I have is for the HOA to have better enforcement of the noice ordinance after 10pm.

Spring stay

Stayed here for a four nights while on business. Great location, walk to the beach and a very short drive to the state park/beach. Kitchen is in bad need of new utensils and pots and pans.1 roll of TP and 1 roll of paper towel. A little loud as the pool has no apparent hours and people were swimming until midnight every night.With a little work it could be a great place

Great location!

We liked that this was on the bottom floor and had its own private walk, right out to the pool ! Also, if you aren’t going to stay on the beach, this is the next best thing. Just a minute or two walk down the connected boardwalk. The pots and pans could probably use an upgrade as a lot of the teflon was peeling off quite a few of them. Plenty of cups, plates, bowls, and silverware. I do think the cleaning service they use needs to do a more thorough job of cleaning as the bathroom exhaust fan and cold air return were visibly dusty. Overall we would stay again !!

We loved the location and the beach was so nice. The only problem was I went off as advertised, A few steps to the beach. False statement because it was more like 3 blocks to the beach. The condo was not cleaned throughly, we could feel sand on our feet. The whole condo definitely needs updating. I had my older sister with me and she couldn't make it to the beach but 2 times it was so far for her to walk. Not a lot of places to eat and we love fresh seafood however we went into Orange beach and a little place not far. For older folks being right by the pool was horrible at night. Kids being loud and that gate slamming all the time. For the amount we spent we could have been on the beach.

Location is a catch 22. Great spot as far as the pool and parkikg lot, but it is extremely noisy. To the point of not being enjoyable at times. We got there and the floors were dirty. As were the sinks. There was absolutely no cleaning supplies to clean with, no trash bags, paper products. We bought toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. There was construction that began early every day. The people upstairs-I'm quite certain they were bowling up there. It was so loud, there were a few times we thought they were going to fall thru the ceiling. Definitely was not relaxing. The storage bucket with beach stuff, was not at all useful. The boogie boards were all broke, there was no cart to haul items to the beach, and the umbrella was broke. We just left it alone. The slamming of the gate to the pool area, will wake you from a dead sleep. The morning we checked out, the construction staff had the area in front of the door flooded with water. Seemed more like an apartment than a relaxing condo.
