Welcome to this modern house in Lakeland. This fabulous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king, 2 queens, and a full bed. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this cozy retreat, complete with a private pool. The house is centrally located between Tampa, Orlando and Winter Haven. Enjoy the local trails, nature preserves and golf courses in Lakeland or take a short trip to a beach, Busch Gardens, Disney or LegoLand. We're happy to assist with any questions while you are staying at our home.

You will have full access of the property, with the exception of one closet and the garage. These areas are used for our cleaners and additional supplies.

The property has 3 exterior security cameras (ring camera, driveway and patio).

We had an amazing time. The property was perfect! We had our family of 6 plus grandmother and we had plenty of room. The property is in great location and it was furnished both to look great and child friendly, so huge plus in our book. Kids got to swim each day before or in-between seeing family so that was perfect. And we loved how organized everything is, including the cabinets being labeled. Made things so much easier. Told my family that we are definitely keeping this home on our favorite list to stay at when we come visit again.

House was very clean and was perfect for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. Beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans were great for keeping us all cool. Rebecca was very responsive and we had a lovely stay.

All Great home to stay. Well maintained and great location. Host was easy to chat with a f responsive. Only draw back we had was not being able to have family come over to visit that where near by. This is the reason we chose this home and location. No large gatherings or events was what was listed. I guess next time we will have to ask this question. Would have liked to have a BBQ and use the pool in back yard for the small family visit. Overall we had a great time.
