The Space:

The sunsets are simply stunning here, making every evening magical. With a fabulous outdoor living space with a fire pit and grill, you will be immersed in a scene of wilderness and beauty. Wren’s Nest is located on the grounds of a gated community with a beautiful walking path that meanders around the neighborhood lake. The community is known for its expansive mountain views and its location right at the gateway of the Cohutta Wilderness Area. Inside, the classic log cabin design and decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. The home also features a downstairs movie room with tons of recreation options ranging from arcade games to air hockey table and board games.



The home’s main level holds shared spaces where your group is sure to make many memories. Vaulted ceilings create a sense of spaciousness in the open living area with cozy seating, fireplace, and smart tv. An indoor dining space is just steps away with seating for 8. This flows right into the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and coffee maker. Each of these areas has stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows and several points of access onto the home’s balcony with outdoor dining space, rocking chairs, and covered couch seating.



This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the game room:



- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, deck access, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, deck access, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, full size bunk beds, and a smart tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The home has an additional full bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a half-bathroom.

- 3 parking spaces are available in the driveway.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional pet fee of $25.00 per pet, per night. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.



In the northernmost part of Georgia lies the base of the Blue Ridge Mountain chain, lending to the area’s surprisingly rugged and scenic beauty. Lush forests, flowing rivers, hidden waterfalls, and endless adventures await you and your family. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and rivers to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the fresh mountain air and breathtaking scenery. Check out the local guided hikes such as the Blue Ridge Adventure Park and Zipline Canopy Tours. Or enjoy nature’s waterparks by way of tubing, kayaking, fishing, and rafting.



Wren's Nest is a short drive from downtown Blue Ridge where you will find several galleries, antique shops, restaurants, and more. You can head over to Mercier Orchards, the largest apple orchard in the southeast. Here you can pick your own fruit, enjoy goodies from the bakery, grab a bite to eat at Candy Kitchen, and/or indulge in some Hard Apple Cider, and wine made from fruits that they harvest. For those who want to be one with nature, Blue Ridge has hiking trails for both all day hikes, and quick hikes

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.



Our Basic Provisions:

Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.



In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.



Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!



Other Things to Note:

You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you and your party during your stay.
