Lake tahoe

Nice property and neighborhood.View is amazing and kitchen has everything you need.However it has a water tank so whole group cannot take shower together. We had to wait 30 min.

Thank you for your feedback and glad that you enjoyed your stay! A brief note on the water heater, it is a large tank (bigger than most), but it does operate like a traditional hot water heater. If multiple people go to take showers at the same time, the hot water within the tank will inevitably deplete and it will need to be given time to replenish with new hot water. This is the same with all traditional hot water heaters and is only avoided if / when a tankless on-demand water heater is installed.
